Hatha Yoga is a great means to clear one’s mind while strengthening the body, improving flexibility and focus. Achieve balance between body and mind, freeing your consciousness from the subtle nuances of everyday life that may be hindering your creativity and energy levels.
Our NETA (National Exercise Training Association) trained instructor will lead you through 60 minutes of Yoga Asanas (positions) as you quest towards a healthy body and mind. You will begin with a gentle warm-up before proceeding to a series of Asanas to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and meditation.
These sessions are for ANY level of fitness!
