Main Gym Area -

LifeFitness brand ellipticals and treadmills are featured, as well as recumbent and upright stationary bikes. Our cardio area is equipped with flat panel LCD TV's for viewing a variety of high-definition television programs.

The circuit training line is designed and manufactured by STRIVE Enterprises, which has the most advanced technology in exercise equipment and GUARANTEED results!! The STRIVE circuit allows "Fit Stop" members to get a full-body workout in less than 30 minutes!!

The Fit Stop has a complete line of free weight equipment including a Smith machine, Olympic plate rack, various utility benches, bars and attachments, dumbbells, plates, and more!

Group Fitness Room -

Share your journey for health and wellness with others in our group fitness room. A variety of classes are offered including Abs/Core, Movin' On Up Cardio, Sit & Be Fit, Yoga, Karate and our featured classes - BodyPump and Zumba!

Personal Training -

Receive the numerous benefits of a personal training program. ACE-certified professionals work with you to design a customized fitness program. Click on the button to learn more regarding the qualifications of ACE certified trainers.

Locker Rooms -

Both Men's and Women's Locker Rooms feature private changing areas, two showers (one handicap accessible), lockers, and an infra-red sauna. Our members will find that the sauna is a great way to warm up prior to their exercise session, or relax after a rigorous workout. The use of an infra-red sauna is a great way to detoxify the body as well.

Senior Programs -

All equipment at The Fit Stop meets the needs of our actively aging members. We also offer a low impact group fitness class, Sit & Be Fit, which is performed entirely from the seat of your pants!
