Participation in The Fit Stop’s Personal Training program is very comprehensive, and includes:
- Of course, one on one personalized exercise program design and coaching
- The Six components to fitness success – done for you
- Exercise recommendations for when you are NOT actually training
- A Daily Exercise and Food Journal to complete, follow, and review
- Accountability, Coaching, Motivation, and support to ensure you reach your goals safely and effectively
- An Exercise Reference Manual so you better understand exactly what you are doing, and why
- A calendar to help you schedule your exercise routines to keep you on track, especially when you are not training

We normally start you out with a “QuickStart” Personal Training program that is just 4 sessions, one on one, to give you an idea of what Personal Training is like…
In about two weeks, after completion of your four Quickstart sessions, you discuss the 6 primary components of fitness and your individualized plan with your trainer. Items such as rest, recovery & well being, the right types of resistance and cardiovascular training for you – and how and when to modify these routines, food intake & supplementation, stability, balance, and total body integration, as well as personal guidance & accountability are discussed – and a recommendation is made specifically for you! Then, if you feel Personal Training is a good fit for you, there are many options that you can choose.
Many Fit Stop members that are Personal Training also really enjoy our other programs as well. They may just Personal Train once per week, every other week, or even once per month! Others like to have the one on one training more often and may choose to train twice per week – it’s totally up to you and what fits your needs! All of them agree that having an assigned “coach” really makes all the difference in keeping them on track!
