Sit & Be Fit is a 45 minutes class that focuses on strengthening and stretching all major muscle groups, while safely elevating your heart rate to promote cardiovascular health.

These exercises will  have the potential to increase your range of motion. increase bone density, and improve your coordination!

Sit & Be Fit  is a fun, constructive, and most importantly, safe way (our instructor is ACE Certified) to exercise from the seat of your pants.

Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00am, and are included in your membership.

Hatha Yoga is a great means to clear one's mind while strengthening the body, improving flexibility and focus. Achieve balance between body and mind,  freeing your consciousness from the subtle nuances of everyday life that may be hindering your creativity and energy levels.

Our NETA (National Exercise Training Association) trained instructor will lead you through  60 minutes of Yoga Asanas (positions) as you quest towards a healthy body and mind. You will begin with a gentle warm-up before proceeding to a series of Asanas to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and meditation.

These classes are for ANY level of fitness!

Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday at 9:00am, and are included in your membership!

That's right, you choose the level of difficulty in this 45 minute aerobics class. Our Ace Certified group fitness instructor has created a class capable of varying the difficulty from moderate to intense, and everything in between, to get those muscles burning and your heart thumping!

Aerobics is a great way to incorporate cardiovascular and strength training simultaneously. Rather than having to dedicate a lengthy amount of time to them individually, Movin' On Up combines the two with great music and moves to get you on the fast track to meeting/exceeding your goals!

Our Abs/Core class will have that summer six pack showing through "the layers" in no time! This 45-minute workout focuses on challenging your entire core!  The class breaks down into 3 choreographed abdominal sections of work from the floor, combined with separate phases that train the abdominals in movement patterns you use every day.  This is functional training f or our most important, yet most commonly overlooked muscle group.  Your core is important to your well being, treat it to a night out with our original Abs/Core class!
