Every time you work out and see that fit person working out, you say, “I wish I had been born skinny.”(by the way, you were)
Every time you are talking with friends about the newest diet craze, eating apples, oranges and grapefruits for a month, you ask yourself why god cursed you with these thunder thighs.(these finely shaped drumsticks probably have taken you years to perfect)
Every time you look at the cost of a personal trainer, you tell yourself you can’t afford it. (and every fitness equipment salesman is glad you think this)

Gravity training makes me responsible for my own weight problems. When I lose weight, it is easier to work out.
I am on week 15 and I have lost 15 pounds. I eat 3 meals a day, do not count calories, do not weigh portions, and actually use a steak knife.
I have spent less money on my personal trainer, than the money I spent on all the fast food I was eating and the alcohol I was drinking.
So what is the secret?
STOP stepping on the scales and counting calories. Look to lose body fat and replace it with LEAN muscle.
Eat vegetables, fruits, proteins, and drink water. Limit your carbohydrates. Oh and by the way, EAT BUTTER/CREAM CHEESE/AVOCADOS because unprocessed fat is good for your system and for digestion.
Work out 30 minutes 5 days per week (by working out I mean breaking a sweat and feeling tired). We work out 2 nights per week with Diane Christopher for a full hour. This guarantees you will sleep well and feel great.
If you eat less chemicals, and less processed foods, you are full and don’t crave the chocolate and potato chips. You have to be rational about portions, but if you eat right, this will happen on its own.
Work out at the FITSTOP with DIANE and give it 12 weeks. IF you follow the program you will look and feel better than you ever have, and you will see this as a lifetime plan, not a diet plan.
