Women's Workout Room
A Private Place to Exercise
Not everyone feels comfortable exercising to loud music in front of mirrors. The women's room was designed to give women a "gym"-quality workout while enjoying the privacy and comfort of home. Our 10-piece hydraulic circuit, with adjustable resistance, provides a great total body workout. The Bose system is independent from the main gym's audio system and can be controlled by participants in the room. Listen to a wide assortment of cd's or enjoy a peaceful, quiet exercise session; its up to you! Also available are 30 and 60 second counter tapes that prompt you to change machines, where a voice will announce over the speaker system when to switch machines, making it easy and convenient to obtain a great workout. We'll show you how to operate everything! We've also laminated and placed form sheets above each piece so you can be sure your exercising safely and maximizing your results.
The women's workout room is included in the membership fees; there is no additional cost.
Join the Fun
Informal group classes are held on Mondays and Wednesday at 8:30am. Leaders are very knowledgeable and provide plenty of motivation and fun!
