Diane's CORE-eographed TRX Training
Are you the type of person that loves to "let the music move you" or "move to the rhythm" while you exercise?  Well if you are...heck even if you aren't, you're going to feel the burn (and the music) during Diane's one hour, full body, CORE-eographed TRX routine! This is Jane Fonda x 10!
Let the supercharged, motivating music power you through this demanding routine as you challenge your cardiovascular system and every muscle know to man (maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration...but then again, maybe it isn't!!) Oh yea, did we mention that you'd be working your CORE - see title above.

WARNING: Taking this class could tone and strengthen key muscles groups, force you to buy a new belt, improve cardiovascular health, have you going to the beach more, and improve your self esteem!!

Jackie's BootCamp TRX Training
Ok... so maybe music and choreography isn't your cup of fresh, organic tea. You're thinking rhythm and exercise belong to the 80's and step aerobics, Richard Simmons, or the most popular contemporary group fitness class in the world - Zumba (also featured at The Fit Stop - HOORAH).
And perhaps you're the type of person that needs a little extra encouragement to get going...a drill sergeant of sorts. Someone to demand that you "dig deep", "give it your all", and "drop and give them 20"! Well, say hello to Jackie - your TRX commander!

Jackie will lead you onto the TRX battlefield and supply all the ammunition needed to make this 60 minutes the most productive hour in your entire day (relax yuppie,ammo is a symbol for information). Sergeant Jackie's motto, " Work your butt off for 45 seconds, then pick up the pieces for the next 15!!"

Jim's Flexibility & Core TRX Training
Have you ever seen stress? I know, it’s a strange question but think about it for a second… look around for a moment.  Stress is personified everywhere - by the person with hunched shoulders whose hearing is obstructed by the deltoids and trapezoids surrounding their ears, or the ticking time bomb (we all have at least one in our lives) whose fuse seems to grow shorter and shorter daily until BOOM. We live in stressful times…daily life can be taxing.

That’s why it is so important to take moments in life and just breathe deep, let your shoulders drop, and empty your mind. Well you’re in luck because Jim has designed an hour long TRX program to accomplish just that – along with some core, adapted yoga, and flexibility training!

This class, however, is very, very, very physically demanding. Despite the calming description and the talk of relaxation, your muscles will burn, you will sweat, and you will want to quit. When that moment arrives, in this class and in life, breathe deep…relax…and find the calm within the storm.
