Massage Therapy is now available at The Fit Stop!

LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) Charlene Rule has begun taking appointments for the remainder of December and will be continuing through the New Year.

Charlene is available by appointment on the following days and times:  Mondays 8:00AM - 2:30PM
Fridays 3:00PM - 5:30PM
Saturdays 10:00AM - 2:00PM
(If these times do not work for you, let us know and we can work with you to try better to accomodate your schedule.)
