A Great Workout for Kids Too!!
Start your children on the fast track towards an active and healthy lifestyle with our youth workouts. Every Wednesday at 6:00pm, bring your children down to The Fit Stop for a fun and challenging workout. They'll build a great foundation for their future health by learning basic strength and conditioning principles with one of our fitness coaches. Children will be required to perform a warm-up followed by a multitude of fun strength and cardio oriented tasks ranging from exercises with medicine balls to sprinting through agility ladders. However, this is not a boot camp style workout. Kids will have the opportunity to recommend tasks and offer feedback as to which drills they enjoy. Fitness is meant to be fun!! Our youth workouts are designed to encourage and promote childrens' interest in fitness and help motivate them to continue a healthy lifestyle.

Stage 2: Agility Ladder - Two Feet per Box (3x through)
Stage 3: 20 Left/Right Punches
Stage 4: Bosu Balance & Catch (5 Passes)
Stage 5: 10 Seconds on Balance Board
Stage 6: Hurdles - 2x One foot In Between, 1x Weaving In & Out
Stage 7: 15 Left/Right Kicks
